Director of Residential Services

Bachelor's degree in Human Services field preferred; AA degree or Five (5) years of relevant experience, with at least Two (2) years of supervisory experience is required in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
Must possess a valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to the agency's insurance carrier.
Have compassion and respect for people with developmental disabilities, and the ability to sit and stand for long periods of time, lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
and communicate articulately using both written and verbal skills in the English language, obtain Certification as a Medication Technician through the Maryland Board of Nursing, and approval from the delegating RN within 90 days of employment and maintain active status, without interruption, throughout employment; current CMTs must obtain approval from the delegating RN within 30 days of employment.
This position oversees the day to day operations of 3 Residential Sites, and supervises 2 House Managers.
The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:
00am - 4:
00pm, and participation in the on-call rotation.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
