The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service or front desk experience.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling patients, confirming appointments and checking patients in and out and other administrative duties.
Communicating treatment plans to patients, billing.
Bi-lingual candidates are urged to apply.
Work days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8-6pm; Tuesdays and Fridays 8-5pm and one Saturday a month from 8-12pm.
