Level Green Landscaping is currently hiring for an Enhancements Manager in our Montgomery County branch servicing various areas in Montgomery County such as Potomac, Silver Spring, Bethesda, Laurel, Burtonsville, etc.
Requirements Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Inspecting properties along with their corresponding projects to fully understand and be able to overcome any challenges in advance Coordinate all materials, field employees, equipment, and subcontractors required to produce the work being sold (landscape and snow-related projects) Regularly update and maintain all required administrative tracking systems- i.
e.
, time approval, work ticket completion, flower orders, schedule, etc.
Create and process purchase orders (PO's) weekly Assist with planning, developing, and leading strategic initiatives associated with construction (Enhancement) projects Ensure all job-related tasks are performed safely and efficiently and use all tools and equipment in accordance with company safety policy Work with assigned Branch Manager to identify appropriate staffing and staffing needs Provide quality installation and enhancement services safely and efficiently Meet in the field with architects, vendors, and inspectors, and make recommendations to upsell additional work to customers to hit the branch's financial goals Plan short and long-range goals and tactical objectives related to installing, pruning, removing plants, trees, shrubs, and/or ground cover, and proper mulching techniques (around annuals, perennials, woody ornamentals, and trees, etc.
) Represent the company as a technical expert in the field of enhancements Develop a clear understanding of the philosophies by which the company operates, the financial position, and the short and long-term goals of the branch Monitor quality of work by inspecting the job at the end of the day, and addressing issues prior to bringing them to the customer's attention Participates in training programs as required Provides excellent, accurate, complete, and timely service to clients, vendors, and company staff Complies with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements You may be a good fit if you're:
At least 21 years of age, can work Saturdays and in inclement weather (required) Able to manage time and workload effectively Proficient using Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs Able to communicate with clients, work in a team environment, and engage and motivate others Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are strong Safe when working with equipment, and can lift over 50lbs Able to learn and use company software Bi-Lingual in Spanish (very valuable, but not required) Experience in managing multiple landscape installations for commercial customers is a minimum of two (2) years (Required) Benefits Salary:
