Sales Analyst

As we continue to grow, we are currently looking for a new member to join our team - Sales Analyst. As a Sales Analyst, you will be supporting and tracking all sales-related processes and metrics in support of the Sales EVP. You will also use CRM data maintained by the sales reps on pursuits and closings to perform both routine and advanced sales analysis reporting at the direction of the EVP.

In addition, you will:
Coordinate sales messages and announcements with the Marketing function; act as primary liaison on sales force automation projects/trends.
Track pipeline targets and assignments; track sales to revenue conversion.
Analyze target revenue projections and profitability; interpret sales results.
Manage incentive compensation plan and calculate sales commissions.
Collect sales records and trends and compare performance measured against sales quotas.
Evaluate current economic conditions and prepare sales forecasts.
Work in faced-paced and energetic environment.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or other closely related field preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a technical sales support or sales analysis role.
Project management experience.
Knowledge of financial systems and procedures; sales management and/or CRM systems.
Excellent professional verbal/written communication skills.
Strong competency in Microsoft office suite (primarily Excel) and Microsoft Project applications.
Ability to maintain focus, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Human relations skills, a high level of creativity, and an outgoing personality are essential.
Willingness to travel to Maryland and other locations for meetings

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
