DDS is currently seeking an experienced IT Professional for our Burtonsville, MD office.


Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

????????????? Maintain an efficient and secure IT infrastructure for medium to large size networks.

????????????? Plan, design and implement projects in a virtualized Microsoft Windows environment.

????????????? Install, configure and test all hardware and software required for client installation.

????????????? Provide remote and onsite support for client and users.

Successful candidates meet the following requirements:



????????????? 1-3 years minimum IT professional field

????????????? Superb interpersonal and customer service skills.

????????????? Possess ability to market our services as well as support our client technically.

????????????? Strong time management skills.

????????????? Energetic and enthusiastic personality that works well individually and in a team environment.

????????????? Ability to lift, carry, and move all components of PC?s, Servers, network equipment etc.

????????????? Clear driving record.

????????????? U.S. Citizen



????????????? Microsoft Windows Server

????????????? Microsoft Exchange Server

????????????? Microsoft Cloud Services

????????????? Experience with Hyper-V and VMware environments

????????????? Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, WAN

????????????? Firewalls and VPN?s

????????????? Dell Servers and Network Equipment

????????????? Proficient desktop support skills in Windows Desktop environments.

????????????? Up to date knowledge and understanding of trends and emerging technologies.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
