Physical Therapy Assistant PTA ( Skilled Nursing Facility )

Looking for a professional who is licensed under the laws of the state as a Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.  The PTA works under the general supervision of the Registered Physical Therapist or Licensed Physical Therapist (RPT/LPT). He/she is assigned duties, which assist in the patients care for physical therapy needs.  The Physical Therapy Assistant is responsible for the assessment of referred patients that require rehabilitation services which includes; providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation. Also, the Physical Therapy Assistant will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician. Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist. ? Responds to requests for service by relaying information and referral to Registered Physical Therapist. ? Implements and modifies the patients physical therapy plan of treatment with RPT supervision. ? monitors patient responses to treatments and modifies it during treatment sessions as necessary. Required Qualifications:? Graduate from an approved PTA school and holds a current Physical Therapist Assistant License for the state in which he/she practices. ? Current CPR card. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
